This black and white cake was butterpecan with buttercream filling, all covered with fondant. The flowers are also fondant. The billowing technique was use for the bottom part and I quilted the top part. The black dots are royal icing. I loved making this cake, I think it turned very elegant.

This black and white cake was for a ladie who works for Red Cross several years. This is a vanilla cake with buttercream and raspberry jam filling, all covered with fondant. I loved making this cake, I think it turned very elegant.
