I made 3 of these HUGE sheet cakes (2 layers each) for a community outreach event. One was scratch white, another scratch chocolate, and the third was scratch fresh lemon, all with buttercream. I also made matching sugar cookies.

Made for a benefit concert for Bridge Communities, a transitional housing program. Scratch chocolate cake w/BC as a filling with crunchy chocolate pearls and decorated w/BC.

For a friend's son who just passed his EMT exam. Scratch chocolate cake w/BC. I had intended to do the ambulance with ColorFlow and the stethoscope in modeling chocolate, but time was short, so I ended up handpiping it all with BC.
