12x12 French Vanilla flavoured, 2 layer, buttercream filled.  I used Wilton Ready to Use chocolate buttercream with black colouring to achieve the black roses. Swirl roses using tip 1M. Easy to do!

B/C stencil I used chocolate B/C to get the black without using as much color. Love the technique just need practice.

I was so scared to do this one because of the black buttercream on white knowing there were no second chances.  Not perfect and I really love the white b/c on black MMF on top but live it was a learning experience and for a friend's daughter so it will work.

Sorry about the poor light. Marzipan covering. 
In the Feria of Nîmes, people wear all white clothing and a red bandana around their neck and drink Sangria. They let out bulls in the street and run ahead of them. Don't ask me why!
The bull head was a real pain because i was a bit short of marzipan, and i struggled until I figured out how to do it. I printed the head to the right size, cut it out and transferred into a thick plastic sheet, which I then covered in crisco, placed under the marzipan which I then covered with the printout. I cut around it, turned it over onto the cake and peeled the plastic sheet. This is when I think I should use fondant because it doesn't stretch as much as marzipan...

I made 3 of these HUGE sheet cakes (2 layers each) for a community outreach event.  One was scratch white, another scratch chocolate, and the third was scratch fresh lemon, all with buttercream.  I also made matching sugar cookies.

Bottom Chocolate Mud Cake with Chocolate Ganache Middle Red Velvet with Chreem Cheese Icing top Vanilla with Buttercream Icing. This was my 1st Anemone and I had fun makeing it. This was also my first time using Satin Ice black fondant and I will NEVER use it agsin. I need to figure out how to make Black MMF.

This cake was made for a school mate who was having an opening for her art gallery. The cake was inspired by the invitation which was a print of one of her painting sof a ballerina. The cake finished in buttercream and the second  and third tiers have accents  hand painted with food colouring. Fondant frills and a gumpaste rose.
