Marble cake 16 x 23 done for the post office. The four envelopes represent the four places the guys got transferred to. I used whipped bc with fondant accents.

I did 24 jumbo red velvet cupcakes for a birthday party. They are iced in whipped bc with a fondant music topper.

This cake is marble with whipped buttercream and fondant accents. Anemone flower with Filgree and Floursh. This cake is being auctioned off at my church garage sale, along with a $10 dollar gift certificate for a future order with AJ's Cakes. We'll see how much this cake goes for.....this one is my favorite!

This is a 6 inch single layer dark chocolate cake. Iced in french vanilla buttercream with black fondant ribbon and bow. Anemone flower and pearl accents. So much fun! ;)
