My Veteran Penguin Winter Wonderland Cake. It was 2' x 4' half was a pumpkin spice cake with pumpkin cheese cake filling and the other half was a red velvet cake. I took it to work at the Veterans hospital in Tampa.

Bottom tier was a boston cream and chocolate filled yellow cake. The top tier was a spice cake with cream cheese filling.
