This was one of the easiest and fastest cakes I've made. It was for a house warming party and the people who arrived after I did thought it was a real candle. I used LED tealights and wrapped them in press 'n seal to keep the moisture from getting to them.

Made this for a friend of mine. So many new things for me. Everything is edible except the dowels, the boards, and the stick part of Frosty's pipe. The snowflakes are white chocolate. Each dot around the borders have a snowflake sprinkle. It's a vanilla cake with a peppermint buttercream filling. So yummy!
