This wintry Christmas cake is vanilla cake filled with peppermint buttercream and chocolate ganache, and frosted with vanilla buttercream. For the decorations - the snow flakes and snow are made from modeling chocolate. The trees are made out of rice cereal treats, ice cream cones, and modeling chocolate. I also added sparkling sugar to the trees and snow.

I love lace and roses! This Christmas tree is carved from vanilla cake and filled with chocolate mint buttercream. It is covered in lace modeling chocolate and decorated with modeling chocolate roses.
