Two tiers with alternating layers of WASC and chocolate WASC. Chocolate BC filling, frosted with white chocolate SMBC, covered with MMF. Gumpaste/fondant decorations. TFL

The layers are pistachio and red velvet. Covered in light blue fondant, and decorated with gumpaste leaves, pearl borders, and small flower motif on top. TFL

I had so much fun making this cake. The cake board is covered with light blue fondant, and the "snow" is royal icing. The figures are all gumpaste/fondant mix. The trees are just cones of gumpaste/fondant that are snipped with crafting scissors. The "igloo" was baked in 2 pyrex bowls, ganached and covered with white fondant. Impressions were then made with a dull knife to resemble ice blocks. The doorway is made from 2 rice krispies treats, smooshed together and wrapped in fondant. The inspiration for this cake was one I saw by Melissa Diamond of My Cake School. TFL
