Made for a Christmas party. I hand molded the puppy to look like a toy my family have & his name is 'Puppy'!!! Cake is red velved with cream cheese frosting & raspberry preserves & cream cheese frosting as a filling. All items made of Fondant/Tylose.

Red velvet cake with white chocolate coconut cream filling & cream cheese frosting.
All decorations are gumpaste. Made for a party last Sunday night. The whole theme of the party was red & white with silver touches.

Rich chocolate cake with chocolate fudge filling, frosted with chocolate BC & covered with chocolate flavored red Satin Ice. Poinsettia is sugar paste dusted with pearl luster dust & gold on the edges. This was a small cake 7" round. Nothing special it was just for us.

Coffee & Amaretto flavored cake with amaretto BC, covered with white chocolate liquer flavored Fondx. All decorations are sugar paste. These were the flavors the customer requested.

All decorations are sugarpaste, thanks to Lorraine for the tutorial on the snowman & tree. Customer requested chocolate, chocolate, chocolate, but had to have Frosty. What can I say?

Chocolate cake with white chocolate butter cream filling & frosting. Covered in white vanilla Satin Ice. Santa in his sled, holly berries, pine cones, holly leaves & banner are all gum paste. The Merry Christmas in gold on the banner is not showing up to well.
