Meringue base filled with fresh fruits - orange segments, red, green grapes, kiwi, raspberries, strawberries. Glazed with a raspberry coulis. Seasonal banner was created - using WordArt and printed using edible ink on edible paper. TIP Place banner on top just before serving - otherwise it will dissolve in the fruit

10" square rich fruit cake covered in fondant. Fantasy flowers and holly made from gumpaste. Picture was scanned into PC from christmas card and printed using edible ink on edible paper. Piped Border finish is Royal icing.
