This cake is for a potluck lunch at my hubby's work today. A very simple, white cake with lemon buttercream frosting-my first time making lemon and it tastes and smells incredible! Also the first time using my new 11X15 sheet pan :-)

This is a cake I did for a children's holiday party tomorrow. I just finished my Wilton Course 1 so I was happy for the opportunity to show what I've learned :-)
The bottom layer is chocolate, top layer is french vanilla with a chocolate filling and iced in buttercream. All decorations are buttercream with a dusting of white cake sparkles.
