MAde for my husbands xmas afternoon tea at work. Reindeer is out of fondant. The cake base is white choc mud cake with white choc ganache icing.

An assortment of xmas cupcakes for my sister's christmas party last weekend. THe cake is choc mud cake and iced with white buttercream frosting. All the cupcake toppers are edible.

Cake if choc chiffon cake iced with choc ganache. Trees and snow are piped marshmallow frosting.
