The office birthday cake for December. I sprinkled a hint of granulated sugar on the path's edging for a "twinkling" look of snow. See other pic (close up) for details on the trees and gifts. All buttercream.

A close up of the December cake. Trees are ice cream cones dipped in green candy melts, sprinkled with powdered sugar, and some cinnamon candies on them for decor. Gifts are sugar cubes with buttercream icing piped on for ribbons. Edited to add: The tree trunks are large pretzel rods held in place with melted candy melts. I trimmed the pretzels afterward (very sharp knife!) as needed for height variance.
