Butter Cream with chocolate ganache on top. Three 8 inch cakes, red velvet, vanilla, chocolate. This was the second candle cake I made. I ended up making six of these over the holidays.

When I saw this posted by another member I could not wait to make one. I had so much fun making this. Cake is chocolate with Vanilla butter cream icing. Santa and friends are made out of gumpaste.
