6inch fruitcake marzipanned and covered with FondX. My first time working with marzipan. Found it very difficult to use and so my cake covering is warped and untidy.

Devils Food Cake iced with Wilton's Ready-to-Use Icing. Piped stars for ornaments, piped a star at the top and "garland". My first time decorating a cake. Any help is definitely appreciated! :-)

My second Christmas cake.  This one was for Grandmama.  It is Champagne Cake, cream cheese icing w/ pecans, coconut.  First time writing on a cake.  Grandmama & Grandpapa loved it.

Here is my version of the yule log.  Made for our family of four dinner meal.  Chocolate sponge cake with coffee cream filling, then frosted with chocolate BC.

My first cupcake cake!  I took this to a holiday potluck at work.  The cupcakes are french vanilla filled with lemon buttercream.

Cake that I made for a holiday party.  Base is yellow cake with lemon filling and igloo is eggnog holiday confetti cake.  Penguins and igloo tiles are fondant (my first time using it).

This is my first attempt at an Ornament Cake. I used the Wilton Sports Ball pan. The lights are made out of colored White Chocolate. I had a lot of fun making it and my family had fun eating it too!
