White cake and white whipped meringue buttercream under green fondant with white buttercream 'snow'' glittering with silver sparkle sugar 'ice crystals' and red and gold candy pearls for the 'lights'. The cake was single layers in 9, 7, 5, 3 inches. I didn't use a board inbetween, but I did use a single central bubble tea straw to keep the layers from sliding till the buttercream crusted and as a support for the top three inches which is a hollow drape of fondant. The star is fondant on a wooden skewer inserted into the straw.

I wish I'd gotten a photo of this one after the first cut. To make this one I lined a bowl with confetti cake (a white cake with sprinkles added and baked in a one inch layer) then filled it with a whipped cream, cream cheese and white chocolate sour cream ganache mixture. When it was turned out of the bowl I covered it with fondant and added the ganache pom pom (there's a bit of RCT there to add height) and the ganache trim around the bottom. I finished it with a few red cookie sprinkles.

Six layers of vanilla cake. The bottom layer was seven inches and the top was done in the Wilton ball pan. The rest of the layers were six inch. Some carving was involved. The layers were filled with buttercream, and the whole was covered with fondant and piped with royale icing. The handle of the bell is 50/50 fondant/gumpaste, the bow is fondant.
