Cup o' Cocoa Cake

My last minute Christmas dessert. Didn't get it as smooth as I would've liked after working with fondant for a while almost forgot how to do buttercream! Pistachio Chai cake(thanks CC!) with IMBC with fondant accents, ganache top with marshmallows...
