My Thanksgiving cake but the design is actually for my Christmas cake (decided to make a gingerbread house instead of a cake). Either way, it still reflects both holidays. Everything is edible (except for the wires), the birds and buds are all gumpaste. The cake itself is fondant. Since this will be sitting in the middle of the table, I had to make a very clean and seamless 360 degree view. Overall, this is the cleanest cake I've ever done.
