UCSH Door Cake

Chocolate fudge cake filled with cookies and cream. Covered in buttercream and black fondant. Door knocker, kick plate, mail slot and door entry all done in gumpaste/fondant and painted with edible gold paint. Banner at top was done in...

Chocolate fudge cake filled with cookies and cream.
Covered in buttercream and black fondant.
Door knocker, kick plate, mail slot and door entry all done in gumpaste/fondant and painted with edible gold paint.
Banner at top was done in gumpaste/fondant and edged in gold paint. Writing on banner done on rice paper with edible in from my local dairy queen (till I get my own printer)
Cake was done for hubby's co worker (very lovely lady) who was celebrating 30 years in hardware (only supposed to be 6 week temporary assignment LOL) and wanted something she could share with all her coworkers.
Congrats Peggy on 30 years and may you have 30 more :)
