The customer of this wedding cake wanted it to stand tall and to represent royalty. This is what we came up with. Each tier is wrapped with a triple roll of jewelled ribbon and the top and middle tiers have layers of minature roses. The topper the customer made was too top heavy so we ended up putting it on the bottom of the cake. All in all I was very pleased with the outcome and the customer loved it! The cakes are carrot, butter pecan and white, all with cream cheese frosting.
