the most helpful tip is carve while semi frozen. it makes it so much easier to carve!!!

my first topsy-turvy cake

this was my firs topsy-turvy cake. pretty pleased with the outcome. top layer was funfetti,middle was chocolate, bottom was vanilla. fondant accents.
