This is a great cake!!!! What wonderful piping -- I would've told the judges to break off a piece and eat it.

I created this design based on a couple I found in a book by Burbidge(?) many yrs ago. Wish I could remember the exact name of the author to give proper credit. She put out only 1 book that I know of and made all her flowers out of royal. I entered it in a county fair - the so called judges refused to believe the fans were not plastic! :( The tiers are b'cream as is all the border piping. The fans are royal; topped w/tiny clusters of grapes.
