Pinocchio Themed Recital

I got the idea for the CT girls from "bellsnbows' Gymastics Cake' " but the theme was pinocchio so the customer wanted something with strings on 1 of the girls. The top girl was made to resemble her daughter w/the black leotard, gold...

I got the idea for the CT girls from "bellsnbows' Gymastics Cake' " but the theme was pinocchio so the customer wanted something with strings on 1 of the girls. The top girl was made to resemble her daughter w/the black leotard, gold suspenders & red shorts. The "strings" were wires with fondant "wood" handles. The colors were blue fondant so that it would look more or less like the pinocchio scene where he turns into a real boy (hence the dragee stars too) and the little girls at the bottom were now "real"
