Cookies & Cake

My niece was finally graduating from college, and wanted to PARTY. I decided to make a 12" two-layer cake and decorate it with cookies that had a party theme. The "Congrats & Hat" cookie was hand cut, and the design came from a napkin....

My niece was finally graduating from college, and wanted to PARTY. I decided to make a 12" two-layer cake and decorate it with cookies that had a party theme. The "Congrats & Hat" cookie was hand cut, and the design came from a napkin. The hurricane glass was also hand cut. All others were cookie cutters. The cake was a big hit!
