My son just turned 18 and since he is a "big boy" now and his b-day is so close to Cinqo de Mayo, we decided on a Mexican feast all the way. Shells are white molding chocolate with crushed Oreos, "meat" is chocolate cake, and everything else is tinted fondant, with a buttercream "sour cream" and "guacamole. Ole'!
