This is a cake I made today for a Relay for Life fund raiser. I decided to make it as an Easter cake since Easter is soon. It is a German chocolate cake with coconut filling and chocolate buttercream frosting. I made the little bunny from a mold using almond bark and put jelly beans around the borders.
