50th birthday theme

10" and 8" done to match the paper goods for the party. Used a couple cakes from here for ideas and inspiration. Lots of issues with this one. Bottom cakes stuck to the pans so I had to rebake and then my bubble straws didn't settle all...

10" and 8" done to match the paper goods for the party. Used a couple cakes from here for ideas and inspiration. Lots of issues with this one. Bottom cakes stuck to the pans so I had to rebake and then my bubble straws didn't settle all the way down into the cake so I had to fill in the gap with a larger bead boarder. This was done for a friend who was have a surprise party for her in-laws. They were all excited about how it turned out. I was just glad to get it finished. :)
