This cake is so very near and dear to my heart. I made it for my sister for her wedding on May, 20th. It was done in fondant with fondant hearts swirling around and out of the top like an explosion, all the hearts were covered in a cran. red and champagne disco luster dust. Bottom tier was almond with rasp, next to bottom was red velvet with cream cheese, next tier was choc. with choc filling and then the tiers started over with the flavors. Pic. taken a little funny, cake didn't look wonky in person.

Here's yet another Dummy. I wanted to give the topsy turvy a try with the pillar method. Not sure if it is "topsy turvey" enough.

This is a typical romantic Valentine's Dinner for any couple that has kids;-) The couple is so in love that they have no idea whats going on around them. The brother and sister are fighting, because he stole her diary...the little girl is crying, because she spilled her milk,... and the stove is on fire!

The table is a 6in double layer cake and the stove is cut up square cake. All figures and some of the decorations are MMF.

In my opinion I would rather get a dozen roses like this for Valentine's Day then pay for the real thing that dies after a few days.... I was just playing around and came up this cake, I got a box from my local florist and tied a ribbon around it to finish it off! It has been a big hit for me!

This frog sitting on a lilly pad holding a bouquet of hearts was made with the Wilton's large 3D bear pan. Ready-made decorator's icing (tinted) was used. This cake was recently made for a friends birthday. The idea came from another website but turned out great.

This is a heart shaped, hazelnut butter cake with BC filling. The basketweave, and combination of ribbon and traditional roses are also done in BC. I've never taken a cake decorating class and most of what I've learned so far has been from folks here on CakeCentral!! So THANKS!
