The tassles on the talitondant were made from royal icing piped usig the "GRASS" tip.

I made this cake for a friends Chanukah party. The Talit is made of fodant. The Menorah was made using the same method as making a crown (featured on this site) from Royal Icing and made to shine using gold dust.
