My first try at a pirouline cake, also first poinsettias. 10" spice cake, fresh baked apple pie filling, and whipped cream(w/cream cheese) frosting found in the recipes of CC. Poinsettias are brushed with gold glitter dust to go with the ribbon....

This one was for a woman that won a gift certifcate for a Christmas cake.  She wanted a Santa Claus for her boys.  Hat is fondant (I made it too dry, so I had big troubles with it) the rest is buttercream.

green mint flavored cake with chocolate mint filling iced with IMBC the poinsettia leaves are made of chocolate melted onto lemon leaves and peeled off and arranged into a poinsettia the pot is cake carved into a the pot shape covered with fondant.

Cake is WASC with lemon filling.  This is for my son's class party.  Iced in BC with fondant Santa, Rudolph, Burl Ives Snowman, Hermie, Yukon Cornelius, Abominable snowman and Misfit Toys.  Santa's bag is rice krispie treats covered in fondant.

I made this cake for my son's nursery school Christmas party. It's iced in buttercream, and Santa, Santa's bag with presents, the snowmen, and the elves are made out of fondant. I had a lot of fun with this one.
