Yes. I agree - use food safe glue if you have to or just tie a ribbon around the wrapper. Use a thicker paper to avoid any of the "non-edible"...

A further extension of AlamoSweets' cupcake wrappers. See the forum post : http://forum.cakecentral.com/cake-decorating-ftopict-591208-cupcake.html+wrappers. She made hers from doilies and I tried it with wrapping paper. I just cut the top edge with a curvy scissors to get a pretty effect. Thanks AlamoSweets
