This is the template I used for my "Beach Babes" cookies. The smooth lines of the design make it very easy to hand cut!

This is the template for my gumball machine cookies. The template size I used was approximately 2 1/4"x5", and I traced it onto clear plastic then cut it out with an exacto. The plastic I used was some I recycled from the front inserts of holiday booze sets that my husband likes to buy at Christmas.

This is the template I used for my lobster cookies. Enjoy! (The design came from an advertisement for www.ginakdesigns.com, which is a stamping company).

Enlarge or reduce until the bar at the bottom of the picture measures 1"...or to whatever size you want your cookies. I traced the pattern onto some stiff plastic, cut it out, then used it for cutting out the cookies. The original design came from a baby shower invitation....had it for years but never thought of making a cookie out of it until recently. They were pretty easy cookies to decorate.

Enlarge this until the bar at the bottom measures 1". I'm guessing that this cookie is equivalent in area to a 3"round cookie, as I was able to get 29 birds out of one batch of cookie dough. (I use a recipe that is almost exactly half what the NFSC recipe makes). The red accents in the photo are piped onto the cookie in white.
