my 2nd cake. I made it for a friend that is a rn. She had to take care of someone with this problem... Made with homemade buttecream icing under fondant. Homemade yellow cake with red food dye.... It was fun to make.. Not pretty but sure got a laugh...

This was a "save from disaster cake" the back fell of in transit.. I fixed it by covering the hole in buttercream and airbrushing it black.. then placed all the bugs climbing out the hole.. The cake was a big hit with the kids at the pirate party.....
