First try with 3D cookie cutters! It was an experience! A FUN one! Can't wait until next year when the LITTLE cousin Jordan joins us. He'll be THREE! LOL Thanks for Looking!

When my children were little we had "Cookie Painting Parties" at Christmas time. This week when my GRANDCHILDREN visited we revisited the tradition and invited all the cousins they hadn't yet even met! These are my grandson, Britain's, cookies. He said his were THE BEST!! PS I wish it wasn't "illegal" to post faces because all of them were covered with red and green icing! WHAT FUN WE HAD!!

For several years now my younger 2nd cousin, Mason, spends a day in December with me and we make a gingerbread house and just have fun! This year his sister, Abby, joined us. Mason decided he wanted to make The White House. I talked him into the capitol building (easier structurally). I baked 4 loaves of gingerbread and the dome was baked in 1/2 ball pan. We had a great time and they decorated it all by themselves! Their mom used it as decoration for her holiday events and it was a BIG hit!
