First swag attempt. Thank goodness for the swags. Do you love the spare tire bulge from the filling? I tried to disguise it with dasies. Now it is too "busy" but had to battle the bulge :) Flowers are all Chocolate with satin ice fondant...

I was not happy with my flower placement (silk flowers/ribbon, buttercream icing) but I liked the over all look. The cake is lifted by a wood box w/a white table cloth and another lace table cloth over that. I turned the box about 1/4 of the way...

This is a bridal shower cake that I did for one of my best friends.  It was my first ever attempt at tulips and now I know I have a lot to work on!!  I love parrot tulips, so I tried to do some of them as well.  She loved it so that makes me happy.

This was made for a retirement party but I think it is much more suited to a bridal shower.  It is a half sheet white cake with strawberry cheesecake filling and fondant flowers and butterflys dusted with petal and luster dusts in blue and lavendar...

The groom's mother comissioned this cake!  She wanted it to match the invitation to the lingerie-themed bridal shower.  The bustier and whip were made out of "chocolate leather".

My daughters passion party corset.  Done with a 12" heart in whip topping- hard to keep its shape so I added cream cheese,  First cornelli lace, some bobo's but hey -inspired by a cake I saw here done in fondant, would have been nice to work...

I wasn't sure if this was a "naughty" cake or not - I thought it was more of a "pretty" cake - done for a lingerie shower.  There was a pastors wife there, and she loved it!

This was a rush job.  I started baking the 10" coconut and 8" chocolate on Saturday morning at 10:30.  Made the cakes, the icing, the MMF, the royal icing dots and then after the dots dried I hastily painted them with violet luster dust. ...
