The lanes are made of cupcakes.  The bowling balls are covered with marshmellow fondant.  One is red velvat cake the other chocolate.  The masking unit & pins are color flow. 

Turned out OK but I think it could have been much better if the weather...

I made this cake for a girl turning 10 and had her party at a bowling alley. The pins, bow and letters are gumpaste and the bowling ball is Rice Krispy Treat with forsting and gumpaste.

WASC cake with BC, covered in fondant.  Marbelized brown fondant and hand painted the woodgrain on top.  Bowling pins are gumpaste and painted.  All other accents are fondant.  Thanks for looking!

This was a giant cookie cake.  The pins were cut from fondant and the bowling ball is krispie treats covered with fondant.  The bowling ball technique worked good (thanks to another photo I saw on CC)

Bowling alley are cupcakes. Bowling ball is also a cake. Pins, letters, and candle covers are made of gum paste.
