This was a cake made for very close friends annual Daytona Party. With the help of their son, who is very good friends with Justin Allgaier and on his Nationwide team sent me photos of Justin's helmet, with Justin's approval. I tried to recreate his helmet. All the sponser logo's were hand painted as well as this years Daytona logo. Justin loved the cake and thought it was spot on.

I made this cake for a friends annual Daytona 500 party. It is a vanilla custard cake with chocolate buttercream and covered in MMF. The flags and Daytona logo were made of gumpaste so they can save it for their display.

This cake was made for my 2 nephews who love monster trucks. The cake is vanilla butter with BC and MMF. The wheels and little cars were made with cereal treats covered with modeling chocolate than fondant. The hills are chocolate cake with BC. Some of the cake is decorated with fondant and some is hand painted. The look on my nephews faces was well worth my time.

My friend asked me to make this cake for his annual Daytona Party. It is my vanilla butter cake with buttercream and my buttercream flavored MMF. Overall I'm happy with how it turned out.
