This cake was very nearly an absolute disaster!!! This is the second attempt at the icing, I hadn't put long enough dowels in it the first time and it decided to collapse after I'd spent about 2 hours icing it!!! Had to start all over again but think it was worth the effort in the end and the customer loved it too!!
