I really loved making this groom's cake.  It's fun to do something different now and then.  The cake itself was buttermilk devil's food with cookies and cream filling.  Fondant, and then an edible image for the logo.

I used an edible image of the groom's dogs on the 8 inch round.  Then I put edible paw prints on top of each cupcake to compliment the theme of the cake.  The colors were lime green and navy blue, so I covered the box set up in lime green paper.  I...

This groom asked me to create a Rainbow trout.  I carved it, then covered it in fondant.  I used several shades of dust, then hand painted the spots on.  The accessories are made from chocolate!

I create a lot of OU and OSU groom's cakes.  This was a 2-d version of Pistol Pete, OSU's mascot.  I free handed with buttercream on top of a fondant covered cake.

This was Jade and Jordan's groom's cake.  I iced it in chocolate buttercream and hand piped designs and used fondant as well for the top and bottom designs.

The groom wanted a crawfish boil at the reception....so this was the next best thing.  The bride surprised her groom with this crawfish boil cake.  I made the crawfish and corn out of chocolate.  The potatoes out of fondant.
