Thank you all for your replies! It is very helpful. I spent quite awhile on the cake. I'm guessing between 20-30 hours. I made a 10" round this week that was red velvet with cream cheese frosting, 2 layers, no fondant. The decorations were a combination of edible printer images and fondant decorations made by hand. I will post pics soon. If you have a chance, I'd love to know what you would charge for it as well. Thank you in advance!!!
I recently made a cake, and I'm new to all of this.  I ended up charging $80, but the girl gave me $100. They really loved the cake (thank goodness).  I was just wanting to see what you all would've charged. All of the decorations are edible (either fondant or white chocolate melts) except for the chains on the pendulums.  It was a 9 x 13" cake, and everything was hand painted or handmade....it's covered in fondant.....it was two layers, red velvet with buttercream.  You...
