whenever ive made them ive tended to leave them in the fridge until ready for them. once on the table they seem to be fine. not the sort of thing that gets left for long as very popular.
your cake is really good.
is it the sponge you want vanilla flavour? have you tried just adding 1tsp of vanilla essence? think its 1tsp for every 6 eggs. i tend to just do my buttercream vanilla flavour, goes down a treat.

i am wanting to make a n rs cosworth cake but have not seen any that i am keen on.does anyone have an idea how i can do this plz.
i just tend to use a spatula. seems to work fine.
what is the best way to start out? it is something i want to do but unsure how to go about getting custom.
