I need to make some fondant poinsettias for a wedding cake but I can't seem to get them right. I know there must me something I'm doing wrong so I'm asking for your advice. I roll out the fondant cut the petals and form the flower then I leave them to dry for a day but when I carefully pick it the points of the poinsettias fall off. Is there anything I can do to fix this or should I try another way to make them? Thanks in advance
A friend asked me to make her a 3 tier wedding cake, the tiers will be 12"/8"/6" carrot cake with nuts covered in fondant with a christmas theme.The wedding will be on Dec 22. Its my first tiered cake I'm planning on using SPS if I can find it, but I've been wondering what to use in case I don't find it?
