hey all   so i was looking for a clever way to make a really quick and easy thick custardlike filling for a boston cream pie 3 layer cake that i was making.  i have made the cooked versions of custard with eggs milk sugar...
232 servings x $3.00 per serving= $696 + $90 for decorating time (6 hours at $15/ hr guesstimating) + $50 delivery/setup + $30 for SPS= $866   rough estimate. not sure how much detail you were going to put on the cake...

My $963 quote was based out of Nebraska.
