It is from Argentina. I used it a dummy, but would never use it on a real cake as it contains gelatin. It has a strong odour - really "chemically". One of my employees tasted it and said it had a gross fake flavour. It was hard to knead...
I freely admit to being a cake snob. You couldn't pay me to eat cake from Wal-Mart.
