I use the Wilton 3D Ball pans for the boobs, and  stack regular 10'' or 12" round cakes for the belly. I've never purchased any other preformed pan large enough for the belly so I just carve the edges off to make it...
I have use a marinade injector for meat to do this, the kind that looks like a very large syringe with an oversized needle. It gives you enough control to make the dots the size and shape you want them. Just remember they will get larger...
