So i made my hubby a tres leches cake covered in whipped cream and left it outside in the kitchen table for about 4 hrs or so...its pretty cold here in california right now. About 60° degrees. It tasted great just wanted to make sure it wont make my family sick. I had made the cake last night and poured the milks and put it in the fridge and took it out today around 1p.m and covered it in whipped cream ( heavy cream,powdered sugar) is cake safe to eat? :/
Is it safe to eat swiss meringue buttercream when your pregnant?
