How many servings does this cake feed?

Has anyone done a doll dress cake before? If so what did you use to make it a mixing bowl, cake pan etc.? Howmany servings did it make? Did you use icing or fondant to decorate?

How do you price your kitchen cakes? Is it the same price as your normal sheet cakes? Do you price it by serving? If so, is it the same price per serving as your tiered cakes or is it at a different price per serving?

When it comes to cupcakes for a wedding do you charge a different price or is it the same price as your normal cupcakes?
