Only question I would have asked is, will they honour the warranty?   Because cosmetic dings are not a problem...but internal damage would be.
Ebay seller bluelakefox (based in Canda) has...gasp...Wilton angled couplers.  New.   I have had excellent service from this seller every time I have ordered.   Yah I bought mine already.

Many reason for the cake to fall including the type of flour--if you changed from milk to sour cream.   Please post the original recipe and all changes that you made.  Then we can help you.
