Thanks Pmarks! This is very helpful! I see you are in Canada. I will check to see what the conversion comes out to be. We will probably cut our bars in 1 1/2" X 3" pieces -- not sure.

I have seen posts about charging for DECORATED cookies but not for this... I have a friend who has a restaurant. She would like me to bake her a tray or two -- as a trial -- of a bar cookie recipe that I make for her for the holidays...
