Has anyone ever used a Wilton cake marker to draw around the sides of a fondant-covered cake? I want to attached ruffles around the side of the cake. Will the marker tear fondant or pull at it?
Where does one go to learn good cake design? So many cakes seem to be overdecorated, even when technique is good. (A good number of Wilton cakes seem to have too much going on, in my opinion.) Any suggestions on learning principles of great cake design?
